Reservations

A : Cozytel offers various booking options. You can contact anytime our hotel directly via telephone and email. The easiest and quickest way is to book via our website, here.

A : Yes, we require 30% of the total amount as deposit. The remaining amount will be settled upon your arrival. After receiving it, we proceed all the bookings and send you final confirmation soonest. For booking through our website, the deposit payment will be made via credit card or PayPal. We also offer the other payment options, such as cash and wire transfer.

A : In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the following will apply :

  • If you reserve 1-7 nights, the cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full amount charge.
  • If you reserve more than 3 rooms or 7 nights, the cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur the full amount charge.
  • Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
  • Please note that for special rates and high season, this policy is subject to change.
  • Refund Policy: 10% banking and handling fees applied after refund.

** Reservations made on a 3rd party (OTA) website or with your travel agent are subject to the terms and conditions of the 3rd party (OTA) website or your travel agent, which may be different than the policies stated above.

Room Information

A : There are 6 room types at our hotel:

  • Standard twin rooms (providing 2 single beds) are located on the 2nd floor of Building A, the average size is 24 sq.m.
  • Standard king rooms (providing 1 king bed in the room) are located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Floor of Building A, average size is 24 sq.m.
  • Superior king rooms - Pool Access (providing 1 king bed and 1 sofa in the room) are located on the first floor of Building B, average size is 26 sq.m.
  • Superior king rooms (providing 1 king bed and 1 sofa in the room) are located on the 4th floor of Building B, average size is 26 sq.m.
  • Superior twin rooms (providing 1 king bed and 1 futon in the room) are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of Building B, average size is 26 sq.m.
  • Deluxe king rooms (providing 1 king bed and 1 sofa in the room) are located on the 2nd ,3rd and 4th floor of Building B, average size is 35 sq.m.

  • ** Please note that an elevator connected to all floors is available on-site.
    ** Please note that some of our standard rooms do not have a view from room, however, we do have a small balcony for guests to enjoy the fresh air. All our superior rooms and deluxe rooms in Building B have a pool view and a balcony.

A : With our valued guests' utmost comfort in mind, the hotel policy allows a maximum of 2 adults (and one child under 11 sharing existing bedding) per room. If there are more than 2 people and 1 child, there will be a surcharge of 600THB per guest, per night. This charge includes extra pillow and towels. However, the breakfast service is excluded and extra bed could not be provided at our hotel.

A : Unfortunately, we do not offer either rollaway or extra beds. However, we do charge for each extra person an additional charge of 500 THB per person per night.

A : Baby cots, which are suitable for infants under 2 years of age (weighing up to 10 kg) can be booked online free of charge, subject to availability.

A : Regrettably, pets are not allowed at the hotel.

A : All our rooms are non-smoking. However, guests are allowed to smoke in dedicated smoking areas in front of the hotel.

A : Guest rooms are equipped with a hot water boiler and in-room coffee and tea sachets. For a more extensive choice of teas and a brewed coffee, this is available at Breakfast room at a charge.

A : Iron and ironing boards are available upon request only. Kindly contact the reception staff for assistance.

A : All guest rooms are equipped with hairdryers placed on the room desk.

A : There is a safety deposit box in every guest room.


Hotel General Information

A : Taking a taxi from the airport will cost approx. THB 160-200 and take roughly 20 minutes depending on traffic.

A : Airport transfers from and to the airport can be arranged through our hotel. Please note these transfers are available upon request and chargeable, please contact us in advance for further info or reservation.

A : On the " Contact " page you will be able to find directions which will guide you to the exact location of your hotel.

A : Our hotel only has a street parking in front of the hotel (with limited space). We suggest you to always contact us in advance if you decide to bring your own car.

A : The following Rules and Regulations are for the benefit of all our guests to insure safe and sanitary operation of the pool facility at the Cozytel Chiang Mai.

  • The swimming pool is open on a daily basis from 8 am to 7 pm.
  • No life guard or attendant is on duty.
  • No jumping / diving into the pool.
  • Parents are requested to supervise their children in and around the pool area.
  • Swimsuits only.
  • Shower before swimming.
  • Pets / Food / Beverages / Non-swimming gear are not allowed to bring into the pool area.
  • Smoking is prohibited at pool area.
  • Persons under the influence of alcohol will be denied admission.
  • In case of swimming pool and common property are damaged by guests, intentional or unintentional, the damage must be compensated to the hotel management. The hotel management will not be held responsible for injury or loss / damage to guest property in and around pool area.
  • Guests swim at their own risk and the hotel will not be responsible for any injuries while using the hotel facilities.
  • Please be informed that the pool might be temporarily closed due to weather or other conditions.
  • These rules and regulations are subject to change any time without notice.

A : Yes, both of our buildings have an elevator running from the ground floor to the top of the building.

A : The check-in time is 14:00 onwards. The check-out time is before 12:00 noon.

A : It is sometimes possible to check-in early however this is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve the room one night in advance.

A : Late check-out until 1:00 pm. may be available upon request and it is subject to availability and upcoming reservations. Exceeded check-out time without notify the front desk in advance, half day of full room rate will be charged for late check-out before 6:00 pm. One night's of full room rate will be charged for late check-out after 6:00 pm.

A : All guests are required to present a valid government issued form of identification at check in. International travelers will be required to present a passport. You may be asked to sign a credit card authorization form and / or guest registration form.

A : A maximum of 1 child aged under 10 years old can stay in a room and share an existing bed with 2 adults free of charge.

Breakfast Rate:

  • Children between the ages of 5 and 9 years are charged a rate of THB 100 per child.
  • Children 4 years and below eat breakfast for free.

A : Breakfast is served at dining area and opens at 7:00 am but should you wish to have breakfast earlier than 7:00 am, we organize breakfast boxes which can be requested in advance. The kitchen's last order is at 10:30 am.

A : We are always trying to fulfil every of your desires. Our hotel offer the suitable choices of breakfast for vegetarian or allergic persons. Please contact us in advance if you have any special dietary requests or restrictions so we can accommodate your needs.

A : Yes we do. Please contact our staff for any assistance during your stay.

A : Our reception team will always be happy to help you with arranging tour packages and recommendations according to your needs. There are also free city maps and brochures at the hotel lobby.

A : Yes, there are two 7-Eleven stores located within 5-minute walk from the hotel. ATM machines are also available in front of the 7-Eleven stores.

A : Cozytel is located a walking distance from Chang Phueak Market with a wide range of popular street foods. For those who wish to experience nightlife, the famous " North Gate Jazz Co-Op " and " Zoe in Yellow " can be reached in 10 minutes by foot.
